What do I need for using T-Seniority?

In principle, the only requirement is to have an Internet access, be it through a conventional PC or the new smallest mini-PCs (some of then with touch screens that make them very friendly to use) or any other type of device (mobile phone, electronic agenda, TV remote control, console (Wii), ...).

As you can see, the PC is not the only alternative for being connected to Internet, actually there is a wide offer of alternative devices.
